History
As a native Cajun from a small town in South Louisiana, I moved to Asia in 2001 to further my career in the Oil and Gas business. Not knowing how long I would stay in Asia, I quickly fell in love with the people, cultures and of course the food. Similar to South Louisiana in so many ways, the Asians enjoy good food with “rice and spice” in most meals.

I still enjoy my experiences everyday in Asia and being married to a Thai lady further deepens my love and passion for Asian food. The Cajun and Thai recipes are similarly unique as most menus throughout the world mentions some sort of Cajun or Thai twist in their offerings. Considering the uniqueness of Cajun and Thai cooking, Cajun Asian was launched to bring a little Cajun to Asia with some Asian influence.
